All rates are plus 13% HST and subject to change without notice.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
MINIMUM STAYS: For holiday weekends (Canada Day, Civic Holiday,
Labor Day) we require 3 nights minimum for a campsite reservation. The cabins
require a minimum stay of 2 nights (3 nights on all long weekends). Some cabins
are rented by the week (7 nights).
REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC CAMPSITE NUMBERS: We guarantee specific campsite numbers
for reservations of 7 nights or more. We do our very best to satisfy your
request but do not guarantee specific site numbers if your reservation is
for less than 7 nights; campsites are assigned upon arrival.
CABIN RESERVATIONS: A security deposit
of $200.00 will be due upon arrival. Dogs are allowed in some cabins; a one-time
sanitation fee of $10.00 will be charged.
ADVANCE DEPOSITS: The cost of the first night for the campsite/cabin will
be processed on your credit card at the time of confirmation. Cabin reservations
will be processed on your credit card as above and a second charge for the
remaining balance will be due 30 days ahead of your arrival date. At that
time the entire amount is non-refundable.
FORM OF PAYMENTS: Advance deposits: Visa, MasterCard or money order (call
for amount). Balance due on arrival: Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash.
CAMPSITE CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations made at least 7 days ahead of your
arrival date, we refund the campsite fee less $10.00 cancellation fee to your
credit card . For cancellations within the last 7 days before your arrival
date, there is no refund. Days reserved and cancelled at check-in will be
refunded with $10.00 per day retained. No fee adjustments for early departures
or late arrivals. For 7 night reservations including the August long weekend,
individual nights cannot be canceled.
CABIN CANCELLATIONS: There is no refund for cabin reservations.
CHANGE OF RESERVATION: There is no fee for making a reservation,
however for changing a current reservation a $10.00 fee applies.
