CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS: For campsite reservations in July and August we require a minimum stay of 3 nights on weekends (4 nights on Canada Day for serviced sites, 5 nights on Civic holiday for all sites, 3 nights on Labor Day long weekend for all sites, specific minimums can apply depending on season and availability). If your trailer is being set up by someone other than yourself, a fee of $16.00 will be added to the bill. Set-up and take-down must be within check-in and check-out times.

GLAMPING POD RESERVATIONS: The glamping pods require a minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends in May, June, September and October. For July and August we have a 3 night minimum on weekends, 4 nights over the July 1st dates, 5 nights on August long weekends, 3 nights on other long weekends, however specific minimums can apply depending on season and availability. No check-in or out for glamping pods on Saturdays in July /August. A fully refundable security authorization of $200.00 (credit card or cash) will be due upon arrival. Dogs are allowed in Glamping Pods (must be noted on reservation); a one-time sanitation fee of $25.00 applies.

CABIN RESERVATIONS: Minimums: May long weekend 3 nights, other May weekends 2 nights, June weekends 3 nights, July 1st dates 4 nights, August long weekend 5 nights, other August weekends 3 nights, Labor Day weekend 3 nights, September weekens 3 nights, October weekends 2 nights, Thanksgiving weekend 3 nights. However specific minimums can apply depending on season and availability. Some cabins are only rented by the week (7 nights). No check-in or out for cabins on Saturdays in July/August. A fully refundable security authorization of $200.00 (credit card or cash) will be due upon arrival. Some cabins allow dogs (must be noted on reservation); a one-time pet sanitation fee of $25.00 applies.

REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC CAMPSITE/POD/CABIN NUMBERS: We guarantee specific campsite/cabin numbers for reservations of 7 nights or more. We do our very best to satisfy your request but do not guarantee specific site numbers if your reservation is for less than 7 nights; campsites/cabins are assigned upon arrival.

ADVANCE PAYMENTS: The cost of the first night for the campsite/cabin will be processed on your credit card at the time of confirmation. Cabin reservations will be processed on your credit card as above and a second charge for the remaining balance will be due 30 days ahead of your arrival date. Payments towards cabins are non-refundable. A non-refundable reservation fee of $10 will be added to all reservations. .

FORM OF PAYMENTS: Advance payment: Visa, MasterCard, online money transfer (email for amount). Balance due on arrival: Visa, MasterCard, debit or cash.

CAMPSITE CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations made at least 14 days before your arrival date, we refund the campsite. For cancellations within the last 14 days before your arrival date, there is no refund. There is no refund for campsite reservation deposits that were made the previous year. There is no refund for the reservation fee. There is no refund for the reservation fee. No fee adjustments for early departures or late arrivals. Individual nights cannot be canceled off reservations that require a minimum stay. Reservations that include a holiday weekend cannot be shortened. Cancellations can only be made by email. No Shows will be charged the full amount for the days reserved. In case of a government-imposed closure of the campground, your payment will stay here on your account for a future reservation.

CABIN/GLAMPING POD CANCELLATIONS: There is no refund for payments made towards cabin and glamping pod reservations. In case of a government-imposed closure of the campground your payments will stay here on your account as a credit for a future reservation.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION: A $10 fee applies for changing a current reservation.

RESERVATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR: Reservations for 7 nights or longer can be made up to 1 year ahead of the arrival date. Reservations for 4 nights can be made starting in January and shorter stays can be booked starting in March.
